- Sudipto Banerjee Senior Principal, Mercer
Sudipto is an executive leader with extensive corporate and consulting experience, in the field of Human Capital Management. He provides vision, strategy and direction to re-imagine and transform human capital capabilities and processes in the digital landscape powered by cloud computing, data science and machine learning.
In recent years, Sudipto was heading the Adaptive intelligent applications for Oracle Fusion HCM services, combining web-data, data science and platform cloud computing. Prior to that, he was the VP of HR operations and Services for a Carlyle Company, sponsoring HR transformation with new cloud offerings.
- Aaron Brown VP of Talent and Member Development, MACU
Aaron spent the first 15 years of his career as a process improvement professional and reached Director level working for a number of tech companies such as Novell, Philips, Bosch, eBay, ClearOne. Then, finding his true north star that being leadership and organizational development, he made significant career change 10 years ago. Since then he has led L&OD strategy and initiatives for inContact and most recently Uber. Aaron lives to innovate and experiment with new concepts and ideas and is now applying these models at Mountain America Credit Union as the VP of Talent and Member Development.

Her passion and engaging presence inspire people to take action. Prior to becoming a speaker, Annie worked for an investment banking company for 9 years, compiling multiple promotions. After leaving the corporate world, she then owned and operated 2 fitness franchise locations, served as NSA-MN President 2019
- Jill Nowacki President/CEO, Humanidei + O’Rourke
Humanidei is a human capital strategies firm designed to be credit unions' greatest ally in the war for talent. Humanidei helps credit unions build inclusive cultures that attract, develop, and retain today's workforce so they may stay relevant well into the future.
Jill joined credit unions in 2001, and has held leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels. In her last position, Nowacki served as the President/CEO of the Credit Union League of Connecticut where she witnessed firsthand the value of building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This inspired her to start Humanidei, with a lofty goal of creating systemwide change in the way credit unions choose talent.
- Maurice Smith CEO, Local Government FCU and Civic FCU
Both credit unions are member-owned cooperatives serving the financial needs of employees, appointed officials, elected officeholders and volunteers of local governments in North Carolina. Smith celebrates 41 years in Credit Union Movement.
Maurice received his BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and earned a Juris Doctorate from the NC Central University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, the United States Supreme Court and the District of Columbia. Maurice is also a North Carolina Certified Superior Court Mediator. He is Certified Credit Union Executive.
- Bret Yaw Specialist in Labor and Employment Law
Bret is a Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law who devotes his practice to the representation of management in traditional labor and employment law matters. He defends employers against a variety of claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Bret practices in federal and state court and has represented employers in administrative actions with the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Public Employees Relations Commission, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Bret also assists clients through all facets of traditional labor law, including collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practice cases before the National Labor Relations Board, union organizing campaigns, arbitration, and picketing.
Bret also counsels management on how to avoid/resolve employment disputes and litigation, provides a wide range of management training, and drafts and reviews employee handbooks, policies and procedures, and employment agreements.
