• If you had a hotel reservation in the block of rooms reserved for this event at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, your room will automatically be cancelled, and an email notification will be sent to you. If you booked your reservation outside of the designated block or rooms or have questions on your hotel reservation, please call Caesars Palace at 866-227-5938. Hotel cancellations are allowed by 6:00 pm on the day of arrival without penalty.
• Contact your other travel providers (airlines) regarding the changes to your travel plans.
