Linda Nedelcoff is the executive vice president, chief strategy and human resources officer for CUNA Mutual Group. In this role, she is responsible for leading the corporate strategy and employee experience team of Human Resources and Communications.
Nedelcoff joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2011 as a senior human resources partner. Since this time, she has been an instrumental partner to several business areas. Further, she has served as a key leader within the Human Resources team and a management representative with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CUNA Mutual Group, Nedelcoff held positions at Deere & Company and Deloitte & Touché, LLP. She has many years of experience in the area of Human Resources and Human Resources Leadership, where she held a variety of positions. These experiences included responsibilities for corporate and division human resources, strategic planning, talent management and performance development.
While working for Deloitte & Touché, LLP, Nedelcoff served clients primarily in the service, financial, non-for-profit and manufacturing industries.
Nedelcoff graduated from St. Ambrose University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Outside of work, Nedelcoff is currently a committee member of Guarding Against Cancer in Madison, Wisconsin, as well as a steering committee member of the UW – EBC Human Resources Special Interest Group. She is also a national member of Society for Human Resources and holds a certification in Strategic Human Resources Professionals.

Mike Schenk has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 1992 he joined the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).
Mike currently is Deputy Chief Advocacy Officer for Policy Analysis and Chief Economist for CUNA and conducts economic research and supports CUNA’s public relations and advocacy efforts. His analyses regularly appear in trade publications such as Credit Union Magazine. He also is a frequent contributor to the financial media.
Schenk serves on the board of Summit Credit Union in Madison, Wisconsin – a $3.5 billion financial cooperative with 200,000 members. He serves as Board Chair and has Chaired the credit union’s Asset-Liability Management and Risk Management/Internal Audit Committees.

A Training & Development veteran for 30+ years, Jim Knight facilitates on a variety of interactive topics, including sessions around amping up organizational culture, world-class differentiated service and building rock star teams.
Jim cut his teeth in the training field through the Hospitality industry, starting out in the snack bar at Gatorland Zoo and as a restaurant staff-level employee for Olive Garden and then Hard Rock Cafe. He eventually became the head of the “School of Hard Rocks”, running point on all global learning & development functions for Hard Rock International.
Although part of a small training group that supported all cafe, hotel and casino properties, Jim Knight’s role at Hard Rock involved many facets of organizational training, including creating/managing all staff and management training materials & programs, facilitating its corporate university, overseeing management training locations, producing training videos, directing company e-Learning initiatives, facilitating leadership transitions and traveling to property locations to deliver on-site classes & measure standards.
Jim has put his experience and creativity to work, which has consistently developed cutting-edge training concepts. During his time with the Hard Rock brand, his team won coveted Telly Awards in 2000 for their “guest service” video, took top honors in 2007 for their “menu rollout” video, garnered Training Directors Forum’s 1998 prize for “Reengineering Training” and won Brandon Hall’s Gold Best in Class Award for their “Service Recovery” e-Learning course. Jim Knight was also recognized by Training Magazine as representing one of the Top 125 training companies in the world out of all industries & businesses.
Jim has since been featured in Forbes Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, Nation’s Restaurant News, Business News Daily and Fox Business News.
